Care Enough to Eat Healthy?


Who would have thought that eating a healthy vegetarian meal at least once a week could help the water crisis?  This is due to the water usage of raising livestock compared to growing vegetables.  It takes more water to raise a pig, then to grow carrots.  Not only is eating fruits and vegetables good for our health, it's also good for our water crisis!!!
