In recent years, topics such as dementia are often taken up in the news. Unfortunately there are no medications to stop the progression of dementia. So, it is important to prevent dementia before it develops. The best way is to have a hobby and enjoy the hobby on a daily basis. It is said that it is good to have a hobby for preventing the blur of the brain well, but what kind of hobby is good? Actually, there are many hobbies that are effective in preventing brain dementia in advance.
1: Act on affective system
Examples of hobbies: Travel, Watching movies, etc.
In a word, it is most important that you experience "extraordinary". It is effective to travel to places you have never been to, or to watch movies or plays that appeal to feelings.
2: Work on hormonal system
Examples of hobbies:Jogging, Swimming, Golf, Pressurized training, etc.
