Marine Pollution caused by Skin Cleaners with Plastic Scrubbers

Marine Pollution caused by Skin Cleaners with Plastic Scrubbers:
Skin cleaners with plastic scrubbers have been found to be detrimental to the environment, especially to marine life. The particles found in such cleaners are between 0.1 and 0.2 mm in size with varying shapes and can block small fish intestines.  Today, there is not enough research to provide numbers regarding their pattern of use and the volume of such particles found in the environment.  Their chemical composition allows them to accumulate in the environment without much change, which makes them a great threat to the ecosystem.
