Why is Admiral Samuel J. Locklear III concerned with climate
change?
- Climate change has the greatest potential to displace nations because of the rising sea levels
- Climate change is the most likely thing that will cripple the security environment
There has even been precautions, according to Locklear, set
up in case of "what-ifs" from the effects of climate change. Coming from a man with numerous priorities
and worries, climate change should be as important to you as it is to him.
