More E-scooters Will Be Seen In Portland Than Before

Just announced by the Portland transportation agency that this year, in 2019 there will be a boost in the electric scooters on the streets. These e-scooters had a good run last year in downtown, and this time 655 additional scooters have been approved said the transportation agency. One of the biggest companies, Bird who had amazing last year in Portland has been authorized 525 more scooters for the city. The officials have already given heads up to the other two scooter giants – Bolt and Spin – the green light for the expansion. Agency said, the new addition of 655 to the fleet could be available to rent immediately, which would sum up the total to 2,630 electric scooters in Portland compared to 2,043 scooters in year 2018.
